“Do not fear to be eccentric in opinion, for every opinion now accepted was once eccentric.”
Bertrand Russell - English Logician and Philosopher 1872-1970

Eccentric is defined as someone who deviates markedly from an established norm, especially a person of odd or unconventional behavior.

I think the “weird” part is that being unique is considered abnormal! You have interests and avocations that make you unique; your personal history is unique, so what I don't understand is why a world full of unique people all work so hard to be “normal”?

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.

In the end, which end result is truly more impressive?
